Thank you for your feedback. We are using an HTML5/CSS-3 template from a company called bootstrapmade. They have many templates we are using their "gpherobiz" template. They have several sites that incorporate the blog into them, but they also have 2 blog specific templates.

Keep in mind, these are just templates but require backend programming to implement all of the features of the blog. We use Php/MySql to integrate the template's functionality.
