World Unity, Inc. 15th Annual Gala - Sponsorship Registration
We need your support and hope you will consider being a sponsor at our 15th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Gala, Saturday, November 12th at the Boston Marriott Hotel in Copley Square. It promises to be a memorable evening. It includes a reception, silent/live auction, inspirational speaker, table for 10 guests and entertainment. We hope we can count on your support. The list of distinguished sponsors and contributors over the years have included: Deloitte, EMC, Staples, Putnam Investments, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts Health Plan, and the Boston Chamber of Commerce.
Promotional Items
All sponsors are invited to provide a promotional item for each guest (capacity of the room 370). Items have to be mailed by November 10th or 11th to Abou-bakr, Boston Marriott Copley Place, Boston, MA 02116
Banners
Banners need to be mailed to: World Unity, Inc.,2 Eliot Place, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. Attention: Sara Ting, November 9th to November- 11th with self-addressed stamped return container
Program Guide
If you want to be listed in the program guide, the deadline is October 18th, 2011. Also sponsors with ads must also have their ads in by October 18th, 2011. Checks need to be received by October 18th.
